Master Bath Remodel Richmond Virginia Home
For this bathroom remodel, we demoed the existing master bathroom and expanded the space into the bedroom closet to make a larger area.
The vanity cabinets are Elmwood all wood full access Fenwick cabinets with a driftwood finish. The interior of the cabinets is ¾ birch plywood.
The vanity sink faucets are Brizo Virage in a polished chrome finish. The vanity undermount sinks are Kohler Verticyl in a white finish.
We installed two shower units to the new shower and they are Brizo Virage in a polished chrome finish. Separate volume and thermostatic controls are used for each shower unit.
The shower wall tiles are Simply Modern Tan, 12”x24” tile. The wall area below the tub deck is also the 12”x24” Simply Modern Tan tile. A 3”x12” Simply Modern Tan bullnose along the edge of the tile and around the tile over niche.
The undermount tub is to be a Hyrdo Solo soaking tub with a fusion heater. The tub faucet is a Brizo Virage tub filler with a separate hand-held unit in polished chrome.
3cm Silver Travertine is to be used for the top of the vanities, shower seat, tub deck and tub splash. The finished edge on the stone is to be a pencil edge.
The toilet is a Toto Soiree one-piece unit in a cotton white finish.
The flooring tile in the shower is Simply Modern Tan 2”x2” on 12”x12” sheets. The bath floor tile is 12”x24”and 12”x12” Simply Modern Tan tile and Simply Modern Coffee 2”x2” tile which was used as a border to create a rug design. The threshold between the master bath and bedroom is wood.
