Stylish Open Concept Kitchen Remodel in Henrico
A beautiful open concept kitchen renovation that included swapping the dining room and kitchen space in this lovely Chesterfield County home.
Dining Room Renovation
The partition wall between the dining room and family room was removed and a new support beam installed. The existing hardwood flooring was carefully matched to connect the kitchen and dining rooms.
In the new kitchen area, Elmwood full access kitchen cabinets with a wood print interior were installed. The kitchen cabinet doors are Mirage 3 7/8” rail with a 3/8” panel. The top cabinet drawer fronts are recessed, veneer match 2.25” rails and stiles and the lower cabinet drawer fronts are raised panel door match 3.875” rails and stiles. The cabinet door edge is square. The perimeter cabinets are finished with Dove White paint and the island cabinet is to be finished with a Chablis Java.
The kitchen counter tops are Cambria Darlington with a pencil edge. The backsplash is to be Crackle White 3x6x.3125 as a field tile. The exposed edges of this tile is finished with Crackle White 3x6x.3125 bullnose trim. At the cook top, a picture framed design using 1 x 10 Essenze Bianco Craquele tile and in filled with Agate Pienza Silk Matte .5 x 2 glass mosaic tiles.
Kegartor was also installed and you can see the tap along the backsplash wall.
